North Hills United Methodist is part of a Cooperative Parish with St. Andrew United Methodist located in Florissant MO. The Lead Pastor of the Cooperative Parish is Rev. Monica Jefferson. The Associate Pastor of St. Andrew and Lead Pastor of North Hills is Rev. Tracey Wolff.

  • Pastor Monica’s roots are in the inner city of St. Louis, Missouri where she learned at an early age that lives are changed through people that care and that all people matter to God. Pastor Monica’s vision is to form connected communities where people matter, find purpose, and serve God by making a difference as followers of Jesus through faith and action. She began serving local churches  in 1988. She graduated from St. Paul School of Theology, Kansas City, Missouri: COS-1998 and was ordained July 1999. Pastor Monica became the Senior Pastor of  St. Andrew United Methodist Church in 2007.
  • Pastor Tracey’s roots are in St Louis County. She gave her life to God at an early age and has been in awe of how God has called her to love people with the love of Jesus throughout her life. Pastor Tracey has a passion for justice and a heart for the North County , where she has lived for 10 years. She served as a Connections Pastor while pursuing her Master’s of Divinity at Eden Theological Seminary in Wester Groves MO. She graduated in 2017 and accepted her appointment at St. Andrew & North Hills in 2017.
  • Annalyse Crowder is our musician. She has roots in the North Hills congregation where her faith was shaped in the youth program. She is currently a student at Webster University in the Music Department where she is majoring in music composition. Annalyse uses her gifts to lead the congregation in passionate worship weekly.
