Service is a big part of being a Christian Disciple, and North Hills tries to be very active in communities around us.

Owing to rain in the forecast, Tea in the Garden has been rescheduled for Saturday, June 4, from 2 pm to 4 pm

TEA IN THE GARDEN

Come and join us in our community garden for tea or lemonade and snacks. Explore what’s starting to grow in the Community Gardens of Hope Hill. Participate in a garden scavenger hunt, walk the prayer walk, meet friends and neighbors and discover new farm-to-table recipes.

North Hill’s Ongoing Outreach Activities

We provide casseroles during cold weather to 6-4-3 WARM: Ferguson Warming Center.

We support and volunteer at St. Stephen’s Food Pantry in Ferguson.

We have members bringing a Christian presence to the students, staff and employees of Florissant Valley Community College.

We make and donate blankets to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital

Special Events

We also strive to be a part of the community in our neighborhood by sponsoring annual community Easter Egg Hunts, Backpack Blessings, and Trunk-or-Treat events.  At many of these events we also offer a community meal and an opportunity to worship.
